Supporting athletes, families, coaches, clubs, and companies to enhance performance, resilience, and well-being through structured, scientific mental training.
SEPiT (BASES SEPAR Route)
I am a Sport and Exercise Psychologist in Training (SEPiT) on the BASES SEPAR route, currently working towards becoming fully registered with the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council). This rigorous pathway involves supervised practice to ensure the highest standards of professional conduct and scientific application.
I work collaboratively with athletes, teams, coaches, families, and organisations. My focus is not only on addressing performance challenges, but on developing sustainable mental skills such as resilience, focus, and confidence. These skills are applied within high-pressure environments to support both performance and long-term well-being.
